Steven Siwek, M.D.

Dr. Siwek uses a wide variety of medical treatment techniques. They range from basic injections to sophisticated implantable pumps that deliver intraspinal medication to a variety of minimally invasive procedures targeted at the spine. The new office-based model for pain management integrates many treatment modalities under one roof at The Pain Center of Arizona. These include basic and advanced pain treatment procedures, medication management, and specialized diagnostic procedures utilizing on site fluoroscopy. This model leads to a more efficient delivery of care and the ability to respond more quickly to the needs of referring physicians and patients.
 

Dr. Siwek has an active role in several professional organizations which include American Society of Anesthesia, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, Interventional Spinal Injection Society, and Society of Pain Practice Management.
