The study included a multi-center, randomized controlled trial, comparing spinal cord stimulation with aggressive medical management in refractory angina. |

Bucholz, DODr. Bucholz joined The Pain Center of Arizona after leaving the University of Michigan Medical Center, where he had served on faculty as an Assistant Professor in both their Center for Interventional Pain Medicine and Department of Anesthesiology. An alumnus of Michigan State University, Dr. Bucholz received his medical degree form the Michigan State University of Osteopathic Medicine. |
