Patient Testimonials
Love this place! Ladies at the front are very professional and efficient! Dr. Siewek Jr is quite good too, quick with the injections! Less pain that way.

The procedure went very well. I was brought back on time, if not a little bit early. First time seeing Dr Siwek Jr. he told me everything that was going on and ask questions. That is the upside to not having sedation. Feeling better already!
Nancy B.
I saw Dr. Siwek at Banner UofA Pain Management. He took the time and explained everything in great detail.

Dr. Siwek’s Story
Dr. Adam Siwek is a double board-certified interventional pain physician specializing in the full spectrum of interventional pain injections, implantable pain therapies and minimally invasive spine surgeries.
After completing his residency and fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Dr. Adam joined his father, Dr. Steven Siwek, at The Pain Center of Arizona where he will carry on the mission of helping patients get back to doing what they love.
Dr. Siwek is no stranger to giving back to the community from the time he was very young. During his time as an undergraduate, Adam provided care to the homeless population through Health Outreach through Medicine and Education (H.O.M.E.); co-coordinator and directed Cuts for Kids, an event promoting free haircuts and hair donations for Wigs for Kids. In 2014, Dr. Siwek taught English to predominantly Spanish speaking students ranging from age eight to thirteen with an emphasis on health and hygiene through Project Serve in the Dominican Republic. Throughout his undergraduate time, Dr. Siwek volunteered in various organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity and School on Wheels.
Whether he is piloting a single-engine plane, running marathons, scuba diving or riding motorcycles, Dr. Siwek and his wife love to have fun when time allows.
